Did you know that you can recycle vegetables?

For once, I'm not talking about compost. Many vegetable trimmings (e.g. bottom part of spring onions, chives etc) can be planted directly into the soil and will regrow!

Also, if you plant the bottom inch or two of the celery base into water, it will grow too.
